  • Without Filter: Simplified Sample Handling SAMPIBIO® Blender Bags offer a straightforward  solution for laboratory homogenization and sample preparation.

    • Available in sizes from 400ml to 3500ml.

  • With Filter: Enhanced Filtration Precision SAMPIBIO® Blender Bags with Filter revolutionize aliquot  sampling in homogenizers by allowing filtration during blending, eliminating the need to wait for  sedimentation before pipetting. The resulting filtrate is particle-free, ensuring debris-free Petri  dishes, facilitating easier readings, and yielding more precise results. Constructed with robust,  reinforced multicoated layers, these bags prevent tearing during blending. Options include  lateral or full-page non-woven filters for all sample types and full-page microperforated filters  for pasty samples, guaranteeing precise filtration and reliable outcomes.

    • Available without wire closure system in sizes from 400ml to 3500ml.

    • Available with wire closure system in sizes from 200ml to 4000ml.

Instructions for use:

  1. Aseptically insert the sample into the bag.

  2. If required, aseptically add the media solution to  the bag.

  3. Place the bag into the homogenizer and  proceed with the homogenization process.

  4. Conduct standard procedures to analyze the  results.

  5. Optionally, use a closure clip for a secure and  leak-proof seal.

II Blender bag with non-woven side filter. Particularly suitable for samples containing fine particles.

Instructions for use:

  1. Aseptically insert the sample into the bag.

  2. If required, aseptically add the media solution to the bag.

  3. Place the bag into the homogenizer and proceed with the  homogenization process.

  4. Insert the pipette into the non-welded side of the filter to  take an aliquot. (A special weld indicates where to pipette).

  5. Conduct standard procedures to analyze the results.

III. Blender bag with a full-page non-woven or microperforated filter. Filtration is  instantaneous without risks of cross contaminations. A unique welding system on the  bag allows pipetting without error. Available with or without wire closure system.

Instructions for Use (without wire closure system) :

  1. Aseptically insert the sample into the bag.

  2. If required, aseptically add the media solution to the bag.

  3. Place the bag into the homogenizer and proceed with the homogenization process.

  4. Insert the pipette into the non-welded side of the filter to take an aliquot.

  5. Conduct standard procedures to analyze the results.

Instructions for Use (with wire closure system) :

  1. Tear off the top of the bag along the perforations.

  2. Use the pull-tabs to open the bag and aseptically insert the solid sample on the  printed side of the bag.

  3. Adjust the pressure of the paddles as needed to avoid rupture.

  4. Insert the pipette into the clear side of the bag to collect the aliquot.

  5. Hold the bag by the wire-ends and remove as much air as possible.

  6. Fold both wire-ends onto the bag to ensure an airtight and leak-proof closure.
